Operations Specialist

Explanation:
I have to disagree with previously made suggestions.

We are talking about an operational level position here. If you look at the links provided to the job ads in other suggestions, you can see that they have much higher level requirements.
One even asks for a Bachelor degree for the position of Implementation Specialist. Which makes sense since this is not an operational level position.

An Implementation Specialist is often someone who is specialised in 'implementations'. Where an 'uitvoeringspecialist' (literally: specialist in executing) merely executes what others tell him to do.
I would rate this position at the same level of system admin or network admin, which is a lower level position in the IT industry.

Also, in my mind it is rather tricky to refer to job ads as resources. Usually companies pick names at random and have completely different tasks and responsibilities tied to that specific position.
To me this position title sounds a bit like the good old 'interieurverzorgster' as opposed to 'werkster' type of thing. I sounds more fancy than what it entails in reality.

With my experience in IT, I would definately stick with a vague name like Operations Specialist, as opposed to a specific one. I'd say that would stay closer to the original meaning of the name of this position.

Just for referral: have a look at this job listing and see how the job descriptions are.

http://jobsearch.money.cnn.com/a/all-jobs/list/q-It Operatio...

And two others that give an idea of what an Operations Specialist in IT does.
