No stranger to tender procedures myself, I have a word here that escapes me, which keeps popping up in a Flemish tender procedure. The quality of Dutch in these documents is generally excellent. The word 'terechtwijzend ' is kind of strong in Dutch, but not being Flemish myself, I cannot quite get the gist of it.

The context:

Met betrekking tot de in titel vermelde aanbestedingsprocedure sturen wij u in bijlage een terechtwijzend bericht bij het bestek nr.

terechtwijzend bericht en uitnodiging tot het indienen van een Aangepaste Offerte.

I have used 'correction notice.' I am just checking here whether my instincts were right.
