This document is about low-noise design and reducing noise in industry. This term is used to refer to the equipment used to reduce equipment noise (baffle ceilings, isolation walls, resonators, dampers, etc.). I can't seem to put my thumb on a nice, succinct term to express this.

The full sentence is: "Voor de industrie is het daarbij van belang dat naast de kosten ook de andere nadelige effecten van de * geluidsvoorzieningen * zo veel mogelijk worden beperkt."
