saw list / sawing list / parts list Explanation: Creating the parts list: For all the rolls of the roll forming machine a parts list (sawing list) is created simply by key stroke. This list contains the blank size and the gross and final weight, useful for calculating the material cost and hardening cost. Additions for the blank size are taken from user defined addition lists. Which columns should appear and how the columns are to be formatted can be defined by the user, furthermore the sort column and which total sum should be calculated. Besides rolls the parts list can contain bushing and spacers. The parts list can be created as a text file, e.g. for transferring it to an ERP system or it can be created directly within MS-Excel by the ActiveX interface. http://www.ubeco.com/files/profilpg.htm I also found this on Linguee: https://www.linguee.de/deutsch-englisch/uebersetzung/Sägelis... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 8 Stunden (2019-12-05 08:57:48 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- I think that "bill of materials" might be a good option here. |

cut plan Explanation: See the following websites: In Dutch and English: http://www.optimist-software.com/ In English: https://www.sheltonvision.co.uk/visual-inspection-systems/we... "Step 3. Optimised multiple cut plan creation in virtual form The Shelton interactive WebOptimiser provides the ability to achieve the optimum yield from any work order. WebOptimiser vision system enables multiple cut plan creation options to be performed on a virtual batch to determine the optimum cutting plan for any inspected batch. The optimisation process is usually biased towards providing the highest yield, but by operating multiple cut plans simultaneously with the Shelton WebOptimiser other options can be considered such as a bias towards lower defect rate. The reason yield is important is that for every fraction of a percent the yield is improved means the same fraction of a percent of turnover added to the bottom line. cut list; cutlist; cutting list Explanation: Cf. also DE Zuschnittslist Cut List A cut list, also called a cutlist or cutting list, is closely related to a bill of materials. In fact, many woodworkers treat them as one and the same. It’s basically a list of all the parts required to build a woodworking project that contains a number for each part along with its thickness, width and length. You can think of a cut list as a bill of materials for lumber and sheet stock without any of the cost information. Its purpose is to help you figure out how and where to cut each piece of wood. https://www.woodbin.com/ref/project-design-and-planning/bill...
