Het in te vullen EPB-stavingsdocument wordt door de bouwheer of rechtstreeks via de EPB-verslaggever aan u bezorgd. In het kader van de EPB-regelgeving dient u als installateur het EPB-stavingsdocument correct en volledig in te vullen en af te tekenen.
Om de meest gunstige EPB-aangifte te kunnen indienen dient de bouwheer vervolgens dit ingevuld document van u te ontvangen.

Asker: Hi Richard, I don't think that quote ‘inspector’ quite cuts it. The ‘EPB-verslaggever’ prepares a preliminary report (the ‘voorafberekening’), which indicates (to the ‘aangifteplichtige’ and the architect) whether or not the future building will meet the EPB requirements. Then, they submit a so-called ‘startverklaring’ to the Vlaams Energieagentschap (electronically), on behalf of the ‘aangifteplichtige’. They then prepare the ‘EPB-aangifte’ (again on behalf of the ‘aangifteplichtige’), and submit it via the ‘energieprestatiedatabank’ of the Vlaams Energieagentschap, within 6 months of ingebruikname of the building. This ‘aangifte’ must contain a true report of the as-built situation. When I hear the word ‘inspector’, I think of a person who comes to the building afterwards to check for gas leaks, etc.
