I've owned a couple of bars in Holland - I can assure you, arcade games are used in arcades and not in bars and the like. Many arcade games are not even governed by gaming laws (driving, shooting, skiing, etc) so why would anyone need to declare them?

Arcade Games are found in an Arcade. This sound like a letter to an authority to declare what type of amusement machines are on a premises. These can be "games of chance", "games of skill", etc. The maximum prize limits vary depending on the type of game - in the UK at least.

There is the small problem however that a fruit/slot machine can also be an arcade game, whereas not all arcade games are fruit/slot machines. If you see what I mean.

Speelautomaten worden onderscheiden in behendigheidsautomaten en kansspelautomaten. Een behendigheidsautomaat is en speelautomaat met als resultaat een verlengde spelduur of vrije spelen. Het spelproces moet door de speler kunnen worden beïnvloed en het resultaat moet vrijwel geheel van het inzicht en de behendigheid van de speler afhangen. Gedacht kan hier worden aan flipperkasten en andere spelletjesmachines.
