You may interpret my comments any way you like but it was not intended as a personal attack (no names were mentioned) but only as an attempt at devoting our time to the fundamental purpose of this site: to help those who ask for it. I believe that there is no problem whatsoever in dealing with two terms (which are presented in Dutch as a single term) as separate entries in the Glossary.

I think it's a pitty that the tone of discussion is becoming harsh and personal. There was an objectively correct remark by writeaway and according to the KudoZ rules, he simply was right. So, if you want less "bureaucracy" (what has this topic to do with bureaucracy?), the question should be directed to people who decide how KudoZ should function. For the remaining, I think that everyone here spending time and effort in trying to answer other translators' questions, is already contributing to this ProZ community, that I already have become to like a lot.

Strictly speaking, "klachtenregistratie systeem" and "klachten medingssysteem" are two terms. However, I for one cannot see the any problem in dealing with these two terms in the Glossary as separate terms. You simply mention them separately in both Dutch and in English. Let's not bureaucracy govern all our actions. After all this is a community of people meant to help one another, not to throw up obstacles at every conceivable opportunity. That is not the spirit and the essence of this forum. I find it quite striking that it is the members who contribute the least to this community who are inclined to "throw a spanner in the works" all the time. Have a nice evening all of you.

Well, I don't want to interfere, but writeaway was saying that the original question already had 2 terms, not one, as you seem to defend. He also explained why: it is glossary-related. Other than that, I am willing to do a suggestion.

This question already has 2 terms so two more would make it three too many. 2.3 One term is allowed per question. Including multiple terms for translation in a single KudoZ posting interferes with the process of generating glossary entries. http://www.proz.com/siterules/kudoz_asking/2.3#2.3
