Dutch term or phrase: Vrije Investeringstoezeggingen
Hello,

I have the general idea of what the terms mean but can't think of the appropriate English equivalent for Vrije Investeringstoezeggingen and Gebonden Investeringstoezeggingen. Here's a bit of text for context:

De Vrije Investeringstoezegging is dat gedeelte van de Investeringstoezegging (uw commitment)
dat niet tot de Gebonden Investeringstoezegging behoort.

I'm leaning towards Voluntary Investment Commitment and Delegated or Fixed Investment Commitment but just not sure.

Any advice would be appreciated.

'3.9 Extensions to a facility
QRC supports the proposed amendments outlined in the Consultation Paper. It is important to note that provision of voluntary investment commitments contained within an access undertaking will only have a lifespan that reflects the willingness of the regulated service provider to maintain such commitments. For example, QR National has proposed within its current replacement access undertaking a voluntary investment commitment to invest in the network for projects less than $300 million (which satisfy specific criteria).' Not sure about 'gebonden investeringstoezeggingen'. Maybe 'mandatory investment commitment'?

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thank you Michael. I believe I will go with Voluntary Investment Commitments. I'm now thinking about using Designated Investment Commitments for gebonden investeringstoezeggingen. Since it relates to the investment commitment that has been reserved for a specific purpose and is therefore not 'vrij'.
