  -> Yeah, you’re probably right. No need to mention the 'one-off' part. 'Vehicle registration tax' should suffice. Unless of course the Dutch text specifically mentions it as being 'éénmalig'.

agree  Kirsten Bodart: road tax would be verkeersbelasting or wegenbelasting. BIV is always one-of and is applicable I think for any vehicle that hasn't been on the road before (every new car).
