In the instructions for oblets used for cattle in the antibiotic treatment of the uterus after an abnormal delivery or after a caesarean, the following:

"De resorptie door het puerperaal slijmvlies gaat snel, vooral wanneer het slijmvlies ontstoken is."

I cannot find this exact term in searches. It has to be the most commmonly used and correct term.
