Dutch term or phrase: Nul- en eenmeting
The terms are found in a company text containing a few graphs where the company's progress on its targets is measured.

"nulmeeting" is the baseline, but for "eenmeting" I haven't found a suitable alternative.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the baseline and its follow-up measurement

Explanation:
The baseline is often called the first measurement, so I'd try to avoid "first".
