Dutch term or phrase: rechte uitdraai
Always seems to appear (online) in the following combo: "grafieken, rechte uitdraai, kruistabellen".

Same in my text:

"Competentieniveau 2:

• Maken van een eenvoudige rapportage met statistische bewerkingen op beschrijvend niveau (grafieken, rechte uitdraai, kruistabellen).
bla blah blah"

Explanation:
See http://edepot.wur.nl/192684, pp. 49-85. Here the results of a survey are presented in various frequency charts, bar graphs and pie graphs, all under the heading "Rechte uitdraai van de enquêteresultaten". Words that come to mind in English are overview, summary and presentation. To me the word "rechte" conveys the idea of a simple or straight report of the results without further analysis. As a heading, you could simply write "survey results". (Uitdraai by itself normally means print-out.)

Example sentence(s):

Asker: Thanks! Yes, I was also wondering about "straight table" (based on the same page).

agree  Jack den Haan: I think this is probably what they're getting at. As opposed to a cross table (see https://docs.tibco.com/pub/spotfire/6.5.2/doc/html/cross/cro... f.e.)

  -> Thanks, Jack. Based on 'voortschrijdend inzicht' I now believe 'raw survey results' comes closest to what a 'rechte uitdraai' actually looks like :-). See D-box. / As for 'regular/straight tables' (see D-box), interesting ref and good point!
