Dear Kim,
Please don't apologise. Kudoz is for mutual help amongst translators and I am really not bothered that you selected Sindy's answer. The main point is that you were helped by both our answers. If you're going to accept medical translations, you need to have access to a list of medical abbreviations and a good dictionary. CZS is a pretty elementary abbreviation. It is healthier if you try and check these things out yourself and only consult Kudoz when you have a really hard phrase to translate.

Asker: Thank you Textpertise for your answer, however I had already used Sindy´s answer. I wasn´t able to reply on Saturday as I was running against the clock. Anyhow, thanks.
