Notes to answerer

agree  Kitty Brussaard: IMHO forced-sale value as determined/established by the bank is perfectly fine. See f.i. also https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Executiewaarde. I would avoid using the bank's foreclosure value because it's much more ambiguous.

bank-precipitated foreclosure value

Explanation:
I prefer foreclosure sale value in Michael B's FELOnline list.

BTW, forced sale in GB usually means sale by order of the court.

Yes. The sale is bank-led if it is the bank that has lent the money. Who else do you suggest it is?

The revert to bank foreclosure value to keep the cryptic ambiguity.

Asker: Do you mean precipitated as in, the bank is instigating the forced sale of the property?

Asker: No, sure, I was just making sure I understood what your suggestion was based on. The problem with it, I think, though, is that it's the foreclosure that is bank-precipitated, but not the foreclosure *value* (after all the value is not a process), if you see what I mean? If they meant "the foreclosure value for foreclosures instigated by the bank", they would have worded it differently in the source text, methinks.

Reference: Bancaire executiewaarde

Reference information:
I think forced-sale value as determined/established by the bank - as suggested by Michael - will work fine in your context.

See for instance:

Forced Sale Value – This is a below market value appraisal where typically the seller is forced to sell property at a greatly reduced price to meet their personal obligations. Forced Sale Values are often arm length between two known or associated parties.
