Dutch term or phrase: erfdienstbaarheid van in- en overbouw
This is the full article in a deed of transfer that I am translating: "De erfdienstbaarheid van in- en overbouw, inhoudende de verplichting ten laste van het dienende erf te dulden ten behoeve van het heersend erf dat na voltooiing van de op het heersend erf te realiseren opstallen al dan niet gedeeltelijk op het dienende erf is gebouwd, dan wel hierboven uitsteekt, dan wel de versnijdingen van de funderingen gedeeltelijk in of op het dienend erf zijn aangebracht."

The Legal Lexicon contains a translation for "erfdienstbaarheid van overbouw", which is "easement of overhang", but what do I do with the 'in-' part of the sentence? Any suggestions?

Plus, does anyone know of a good English online resource that contains standard translations of easements into English? Unfortunately, the Legal Lexicon is not much help in this regard.
