In UK conveyancing, kadaasstral plan might correspond to the land survey plan or 'index map' based on the UK Ordnance Survey. Title deeds or'muniments of title' would be held only if the land is unregd, Otherwise, the title is guaranteed and no abstract, epitome or root of title is required.
