Anyone with knowledge of Belgian land registry terminology able to help me out here? I know that "gekadastreerd" can be translated as "entered in the land registry", but am a little puzzled by the "volgens titel" part.

I am trying to figure out what it means, and just came across the following:

"KADASTRAAL PLAN - OPPERVLAKTE
[…]
Wat betekent ‘Titel’?
Dit impliceert dat de oppervlakte vermeld in de kolom ‘Opp. Patris’ hoogstwaarschijnlijk gebaseerd is op een opmetingsplan dat gevoegd is bij een verkoopakte. Het kan ook zijn dat de oppervlakte voorkwam op een landmeterplan dat neergelegd is bij de AAPD (Algemene Administratie van de Patrimoniumdocumentatie, het vroegere kadaster) in het kader van een prekadastrering.

In UK conveyancing, kadaasstral plan might correspond to the land survey plan or 'index map' based on the UK Ordnance Survey. Title deeds or'muniments of title' would be held only if the land is unregd, Otherwise, the title is guaranteed and no abstract, epitome or root of title is required.
