Science - Science (general) / Energie
Dutch term or phrase: Kanteljaar
This is the heading of a text on major changes in energy policy in an annual report. The word 'kanteling' is also used in the text: Terugkijkend op 2009 ziet hij een duidelijke kanteling.
Any ideas on how to translate this elegantly? As it is the heading of the text I would like to keep it short. I thought about "turnaround", or "change"...
