Hello all,

I've been fairly successful recently with discovering new insect names . . . but this one has eluded me. Any ideas?

cockchafer

Explanation:
I couldn't find graanmeikever, but maybe this will help.

Het mannetje heeft langere voelsprieten (reukorganen) dan het vrouwtje met 7 bladen (bij het vrouwtje 6) die als een waaier aan het uiteinde staan.
Andere namen gewone meikever
Wetensch. naam Melolontha melolontha
Engelse naam cockchafer; common cockchafer; may bug
Voedsel eikenblad; larven: plantenwortels

The fat white larval stage of the Cockchafer Beetle is quite destructive to cereal and other grass plant roots.
They are usually found in rough grazing or cereal crops and in new gardens.
