Dutch term or phrase: \"doorstromend aansluiten\"
The term comes from the legend on a Dutch construction blueprint, so there is no full sentence. I know it refers to setting up water distribution plumbing in a home in such a way that no (warm) water can stagnate in a water line, creating a risk for legionella. But I can't find a French translation.

For now, I stick to "montage de manière à éviter l'eau chaude stagnante", but this won't fit the legend.
