I do not understand the term as used in the following EU context:

"Stand der Schuldforderungen der ***Land**** als kreditgewährendes Land
In 2015 is in totaal een bedrag van 113.489.601,00 ingediend bij andere lidstaten. In 2014 was een bedrag van € 79.248.253,31 ingediend. Dit is een stijging van 43%. Over heel 2015 is in totaal € 107.221.249,92 ontvangen op openstaande vorderingen. Dit is een stijging van 35% ten opzichte van vorig jaar.

Normally this translates as "eingereicht" - but what is that. Or should this rather be "paid" - namely that they paid EUR 113 m to other countries?
