Billigungsversion Explanation: Meine Lösung, wenn ich sonst keinen Rat wüsste: Abgeleitet von "billigen" als Eintrag (u. a.) für "passeren" laut Van Dale Grote woordenboeken (Beispieltext: "gepasseerd voor notaris N." = durch Notar N. gebilligt). Zahlreiche Suchergebnisse für "Billigungsversion" im Zusammenhang mit Anleihen, Schuldverschreibungen etc. und somit nicht allzusehr vom vorliegenden Kontext entfernt (vor allem, da diese Statutenänderung von einem Notar verfasst und somit gebilligt wurde). -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 8 hrs (2017-01-11 23:32:19 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Die "Statutenänderung" nehme ich wieder raus.
