Si parla di un dipendente che lavora "op afroepbasis" per un'azienda locale. La frase è hij werkt "op afroepbasis" voor (nome ditta), nel senso, io così capisco, che lo chiamano quando serve e non con regolarità.

Escludendo "a/su richiesta, su chiamata", come dice l'italiano in questo contesto ? Bisogna cambiare l'impianto della frase ? Grz !
