un tipo di zerbino non può essere sistemato nel "kruipluik", che sembra essere un'apertura (botola/porta?) da cui dall'abitazione si accede alla cantina, allo scantinato, ecc., ma non sono troppo sicuro. Cos'è esattamente? Grz !

in termini tecnici, in italiano si distingue tra "vespaio", se orizzontale (isolamento composto da un'intercapedine che si situa tra il suolo e il pavimento delle stanze a piano terreno per proteggerle dall'umidità) e "scannafosso", se verticale (scavo in muratura costruito intorno agli edifici per evitare l'infiltrazione delle acque nei muri dell'edificio).

ciao simo!

nelle case olandesi, anzi, sotto alle case olandesi esiste la cosiddetta "kruipruimte", un'intercapedine che isola la casa. spesso in quest'intercapedine corrono anche tubature varie. in caso di umidita', problemi alle tubature, ecc, si puo' accedere alla "kruipruimte" attraverso il "kruipluik", la botola che si trova subito dopo la porta d'ingresso, nel pavimento. la botola e' solitamente leggermente abbassata rispetto al livello del pavimento e nella differenza di profondita' c'e' lo zerbino, tagliato su misura.
De kruipruimte is de ruimte tussen bodem en onderkant beganegrondvloer. Een kelder is feitelijk een bijzondere vorm van een kruipruimte. Voor een gezond binnenklimaat is het essentieel dat geen vocht en schadelijke gassen als radon uit de kruipruimte een gebouw binnenkomen. Zorg dus dat de beganegrond vloer luchtdicht en/of de kruipruimte droog is (zie uitvoeringsaspecten).

De ruimte onder de begane grond vloer wordt kruipruimte genoemd. Als iemand zich daar moet verplaatsen kan dat alleen kruipend, vandaar de naam. Het is een soort lage kelder die voor een groot gedeelte beneden het niveau van het maaiveld ligt. Deze ruimte moet zwak geventileerd worden om te zorgen dat de lucht in de ruimte niet te vochtig wordt. Bij houten vloeren veroorzaakt dat houtrot en/of zwamvorming.

purtroppo non penso che esista un corrispondente italiano, perche' il modo di costruire e' diverso; io direi "botola di accesso all'intercapedine (posta sotto alla casa)", ma magari qualcuno ti suggerisce la traduzione esatta!
