In un certificato: Il Sig. X (che fa l'imprenditore) als B.T.W.-plichtige onder het volgende "belastingnummer" is ingeschreven.

Semplicemente "numero di codice fiscale" o s'intende il BTW nummer (Partita IVA) ? Perche' ho trovato anche "numero di registrazione IVA", ma non credo sia corretto. Grz !

in questo caso si intende sicuramente quello che nella legislazione nazionale italiana si chiama "partita IVA", perché è chiaro che si sta facendo riferimento a un soggetto IVA (B.T.W.-plichtige).

Comunque, dal codice citato si riesce ad evincere se si tratta di una partita IVA o meno (per es., se vedi un "B0X" - dove la X sta per una cifra - è al 100% una partita IVA).

agree  Joris Bogaert: Belastingnummer kan op het RSZ-nummer betrekking hebben, vandaar mijn twijfel, maar waarschijnlijk is het hier wel het BTW (Partita IVA, dus)

  -> dank je! Dit gaat trouwens ook voor Nederland op, maar in dit geval zou ik vrijwel zeker kunnen zeggen dat het een BTW-nummer betreft.
