Dear members
I have to translate the term ¨schrijven¨ to Spanish. I know that ¨schrijven¨ means to write (escribir), but in this case it is used as a name:

"De reden van dit schrijven is dat ik na jaren lange handel in ontdekt heb dat er veel meer te verdienen valt als u het op een heel slimme manier aanpakt"

The Dutch dictionary translates schrijven as ¨brief - carta¨, but I am not very satisfied with it since this is a commercial text.
Maybe I can translate the term as ¨artículo¨, ¨texto¨....?
