De onderaannemer van de onderaannemer mag geen sociale of fiscale schulden hebben. Van zodra de

verbreken.
Bovendien is de onderaannemer verplicht de hoofdaannemer onverwijld in kennis te stellen van het
feit dat er aan hem in toepassing van hogergenoemde artikelen een **bevel werd betekend.**
