Explanation:
El término "bedrijf" no solo significa "empresa" en el sentido de compañía o sociedad mercantil; también significa "actividad profesional" u "oficio", así como el verbo "bedrijven" significa practicar (una actividad), por ejemplo.
Por ello, como en este caso se trata del objeto social de una sociedad, yo me inclinaría por traducirlo como "actividad(es) mercantil(es) marítima(s)", fórmula que cuadra con el comienzo de la frase "het uitoefenen van...".

agree  Diego Puls: De acuerdo, aunque lo cambiaría por "actividades comerciales y marítimas". Buscando esta combinación en google (seguida de site:es), se obtienen variios resultados.
