Heat exchanger transciever station

Exchangers can be simple such as a cooling fan sucking hot air from behind and blowing it out, while at the same time drawing cooler air in to replace the hot air. They could be a bit more complex such as a device that has very very thin fins or plates that take the heat from inside the BTS and exchange it on the other side. In a sense, the door on a hot oven is acting as a heat exchanger even though it is supposed to be keeping the heat in.

Nitase,I believe you have two separate things here although they are used together. A transceiver is a device that is used to "transfer" a signal from one place to another such as when a cell tower relays a signal from a satellite to your phone. The cell tower would be the transceiver. Such transceivers are called BTS for "base transceiver station. And because the units are handling many many many signals at once, and in a confined space such as a cabinet of some sort, heat is going to be generated, just like the heat that your computer is generating because of its use. Because most, if not all, transceivers are totally enclosed units, generating heat while doing their jobs, that heat has to be vented out somehow. Otherwise the unit (BTS) will overheat and the system will shut down. So, there must also be some sort of way to "exchange" the hot air inside with cooler air outside. This is the job of the heat exchanger.
