Albanian translation:Pronësi e drejtpërdrejtë (absolute) e pronës
Explanation:
First, it means that you "freely" "hold" an "interest" in a piece of property. Freely, meaning that there are no conditions as to what you can do with the land, and that YOU alone are able to control that property until YOU choose to do anything with it.
It is outright absolute ownership of property. They do use another term for it which is "fee simple". I do have to add however, that while the owner has full control over the property, governments still can impose taxes on the property, and can even take the property under what is called "eminent domain" such as when government takes the property for the common or public good. An example might be when the government wants to take your property in order to build a highway.

Zotërim i drejtpërdrejte i pronës,e drejta e plotë mbi pronën are some other choices.

This is one I know because two other very experienced translators and myself just finished translating a material on this topic.
Here is something that it will help: Market Value is the estimated amount for which a property should exchange on the date of valuation between an educated buyer and a reasonably motivated seller.
In your case I would say: Vlera e tregut e pronës që ju keni në zotërim të plotë ose e pronës që ju keni pronësi të drejtpërdrejtë..., just a couple of versions. At the end, it is your call.
