"Buyout" (përvetësim, blerje...etj.) Explanation: In my opinion, this is one of the hard terms, and in general it's better to ask (work with) the client on how to go for it. Personally, in this case I'd leave it as is, i.e. "buyout" and translate around it, and the first time it appears in the document, I'd make a note: "buyout" [përvetësim ose blerje e pasurisë, blerja e një kompanie të një kompanie tjetër, etj.]. I'm not saying you should use exactly my note, as I got approximate based on the provided context. Use a better definition of "buyout" in that note, depending on more context of that document.
