If the question was about the translation of "dimension" in the phrase "Cars & Traffic dimension," this definition would be a good starting point. Even in that narrow context, it would still be a mystery why أبعاد is not acceptable. As we stand, however, the question is more about this mysterious title "Satisfaction/Dissatisfaction of Dimensions." (Did they mean "dissatisfaction WITH dimensions?)
What we have is a multi-level problem. We have a text that is (1) segmented into bullets that are not full sentences, and (2) riddled with writing issues (probably written by people who do not claim English as their first language and typed by a secretary who does not have a full set of fingers). Under normal circumstances, the asker would be expected to share more of the text and more of her thoughts (what she thinks the text is saying and why she thinks the standard translation of the term does not fit). Dalia, on the other hand, is handling it the other way. On the one hand, she wants a translation that is "perfectly matching with this context," as she stated in her previous comment, and, on the other hand, she does not share the context. So how do we match them?
I found this definition: Traffic dimension represents evaluation of pedestrian traffic on the walkway and other modes found important, as well as the composition of vehicular traffic and speed variations. Besides the design features related to safety/comfort dimension (such as existence of buffer areas lighting and shading opportunities, etc.), vehicular LOS....
. . . to yourself, Dalia. We cannot guess that you are not satisfied with أبعاد, and, what is worse, we wouldn't know why. We might guess it has something to do with the context, but we don't have the context. We only have four words and a forward slash! We have no idea that the text has another sentence that uses the same word (or why that would make any difference). Some members will answer anything, even if you just clear your throat, but you know that will not help you.
So, Dalia, let's look at this other sentence that you have just revealed. It appears that what you are translating is a survey result about the satisfaction of car buyers. Am I correct? "Satisfaction/Dissatisfaction of Dimensions" is a title of what? A title of a section of the survey, maybe? What are the items in that section. If it is a long list, you can just type three or four items, so we can have an idea.
Back to "Dimensions": What do you think it means in this context? Are these the dimensions of the cars that people have bought, for example? If you don't know, have you inquired?
I feel that there is better translation than ابعاد

This sentence is a title, but there's a sentence has the same word in a context says, Cars & Traffic dimension (75% satisfied customers i.e. top 2 box) followed by Social life and activities (71%) were rated higher in terms of satisfaction
I am certain you know what the word "dimensions" means and what it is usually translated to in Arabic, and yet I must assume you have a good reason for posting this questions -- except that I can't imagine what that reason might be. As has been stated in previous discussion entries (ad nauseam), a generous helping of contextual information (even if this fragment is merely a bullet on a list) will help us understand the nature of your puzzlement and will enable us to provide you with help you can use. Otherwise, you will be stuck with answers you already know.
