Asker: Thank you Mr. Hassan In the event the Lessee or anyone claiming under it should remain in possession of the Premises or any part thereof after the expiry of the Term or early termination of this Lease, then without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to the Lessor under this Lease or applicable law and in addition to the Payments, the Lessee hereby agrees and undertakes to pay to the Lessor, immediately upon demand, unconditionally and without demur or objection, in liquidated damages a penalty of Qrs. 10,000.00 (Riyals Ten Thousand Only) for each day or portion thereof that the Premises are so held over. ** Can you help in this term on the same sentence (the Premises are so held over)
