Asker: Благодаря на всички! Според мен "добивна промишленост" не попада точно в целта, по-скоро първичен / вторичен отрасъл. Мисля, че същественото е последователността на подреждане на дейностите. Попаднах на текст, в който медната индустрия е описана като upstream, а стоманената като downstream. При друга преработваща последонателност би могло да е обратното. "Подработващ отрасъл" е също близко до същността, но не ми звучи добре.
