  -> Аз също - първата ми мисъл беше "констативен протокол", но забелязах, че във връзка с одити на европейски програми, вкл. twinning (има го в контекста), се използва "доклад за фактически констатации".
agree  Yavor Dimitrov: Инерцията в преводите на някои термини в документи на ЕС е голяма все още. Склонен съм (за себе си) да приема този вариант, но сякаш другият все още има превес, чисто езиков. :)

  -> Да, прав сте за инерцията. Един от проблемите с преводите за европейски институции е в това, че веднъж като даден превод е проверен и одобрен, искат съгласуваност с бъдещи преводи и приемат възражения за предишни преводи само ако терминът е напълно грешен
