Имал съм почти същото изречение в редица договори. В случая "indemnify" означава "предпазвам/защитавам от отговорност". Не съм срещал това значение в речник, но адвокат-англичанин ми обясни, че не става дума за обезщетяване или освобождаване от отговорност (в този случай освобождаването е "hold harmless"), а за предпазване от отговорност. |
