any suggestions to improve my translation of the following two sentences would be much appreciated：

Chinese companies are not governed in a way that provides a lot of leverage to minority shareholders.
中国公司的管理方式没有为少数股东多少影响公司决策的机会。

The UN Principles for Responsible Investment could be a potential fora for organizing investors to engage with Chinese firms.
联合国负责任的投资原则可以是组织投资者与中国公司交涉的一个潜在平台。

leverage指影响力，说到根本确实就是影响决策，但从字面意思，可以处理为“赋予少数派股东很大的影响力”，“使少数派股东拥有很大的影响力”。另, governed宜译为治理而非管理。

engage in 可以处理为“接洽”，比“交涉”好些，因为投资者与中国企业接洽，是积极的事，最终是为了以某种形式投资于这些企业；而“交涉”略带其他意味，更像是对立面。
