If it can help to understand Explanation: 反向工程 or 逆向工程 : reverse engineering. It means when a new product is finished, you make some test to see how it has been producted for example to verify if there's no violation of copyright rules. see here for example : http://web.mir2.com.cn/associator/left5.htm 违反 : infringement (ie violation of author rights) ==> 专利侵权 http://www.guofa.info/xueshu/flyy/main_2_1.html (see lesson five chinese and english) So, if the product is totally new and had never be seen before, there's no risk that any infringement can be found by the reverse engineering, so, the product will be inevitably strong [on the market]. I'm not sure how to render strong in Chinese but maybe, now you can guess the best way. |
