For Wellness and health, the Chines words can be the same. That is why I asked for context.

If Wellness and health are listed together, they have to be distinguished. If they are independent, 健康 is OK for either one.

Asker: Dear Jyuan, thank you as well for your prompt reply. I don't speak Chinese but it seems like your answer is the same as the tentative answer I had in my question. Is this correct or are the logograms different?

Asker: Jyuan, the word wellness is going to be by itself but it means well being.
