Croatian translation:pogrešno (obmanjujuće) imenovanje (označavanje) proizvoda; pogrešan marketing
Explanation:
Disclaimer: nisam pravnik. ;-)

Hi Tea,

Is this false info. conveyed to customer(s) always a mistake or is it a deliberate/intended misleading of potential clients sometimes?

Naturally, if it is possible to deduce that from the context at your diposal.

Have a great day.

Note to reference poster
Asker: Hello Sanjin, From the definition of the term, and from the documents that I have translated and which use the term "misbranding" it is intended misleading of clients. Also in the current text that I translate, this term is again used in the context of intended misleading. Thank you for your question, and have a nice day too! Tea Komšić
