Hold-open time - Different functions depending on the machine. If no limit switch for the welding cylinder is installed, the hold-open time should always be set long enough to allow the welding cylinder to return safely to its upper end position by the end of this time.

The output Q2 is off from the start and only switches on 10 ms after the start of the hold-over time (Vorhaltezeit) (switch-on delay) and remains switched on during the preheating time, current time (Stromzeit) and hold-back time (Nachhaltezeit). Due to the fall delay in the hold-back time, the output switches off 10 ms after the start of the hold-open time (OFFENHALTEZEIT).
