disagree  Tomas750: According to Web, it seems to be a sort of oak, like "live oak" = "dub virginský". Thus, the surface is made from this wood.

-> According to the web's, can be anything. If "dub vigrinsky"/panensky na parkety, it means bez lakoveho nateru. No varnish/fermez. Raw parquetry(parkety, podlahovina) wood. If it is about laminating. I would say , yes.

disagree  Hynek Palatin: This is definitely a sort of oak. There is 46 of them in my dictionary, but unfortunately not this one. "Master" cannot be translated separately.

-> Yes Google has many hits. Most relating to the flooring and building. Try Genus Quercus, fam.Fagaceae.

disagree  Jirina Nevosadova: According to Google, it must be a sort of oak. Unfortunatly I do not know which one.

-> Must be sort of oak, but do not know which one? Try family Fagaceae , Genus Qercus. Unfortunately, as biologist. I've never heard Master Oak as kind. It has to do with laminating, as asker is indicating.

Explanation:
The word "Master" in "Master Oak" is not part of the biological species name, but a part of the marketing name while that part is rather a cultural or social marker.
