Je to z britského volebního systému a prostě nevím, co by mohl být český ekvivalent. Dost mě tam matou ty "všobecné volby".

Pravdu mohou mít oba předchozí kolegové, záleží na dalším kontextu, pokud ho máte.

Slovník říká, že constituency znamená volební obvod, voliči, a pak případně zákazníci, předplatitelé apod.
