Explanation:
Pokud tam skutečně nic nevlastní, tak slovo associate bude nahrazovat slovo 'employee' v podstatě ve stejném smyslu, ale firma chce zřejmě zdůraznit to, že to nejsou jen podřadní zaměstnanci, ale 'spolupracovníci' firmy...
