  -> Díky. IMHO jde o "campaigning" ve smyslu lobbismu, v tomto kontextu, protože se jim jedná především o vliv na legislativce, navzdory veřejnému mínění. Ale jistě se to dá přeložit všeobecněji, kampaňovitě :))
