Any idea about "keyhole dressing" in medical use?

Context: If skin irritation occurs, a small amount of petroleum jelly or a keyhole dressing may form a temporary barrier.

Explanation:
From the results of a brief research, I suppose "keyhole dressing" refers to a (sterile) dressing that covers a drainage opening. I found it in context of gastrostomy, for example. The Czech expression is a suggestion, I have not looked whether it would be confirmed anywhere.
