Věci Boží mají korpus a jsou uchovány v psaném těle pravdy.


Explanation:
Ale tak jako u bezedné studně, nikdo ještě nedokázal poznal hloubku Boží pravdy.

Moje představa: Věci Boží mají hranici, obvod/korpus/plášť jako má studna. Obsahem té studny je psané tělo pravdy (Bible). V ní jsou uchovány/uzavřeny, ale přesto, že mají tento korpus, jdou do nekonečné hloubky, podobně jako ta studna.

Tak jako roubení studny obklopuje vodu, obsahuje Písmo věci Boží.


Explanation:
...Nelze však pochopit hloubku jejich pravdy, stejně jak nelze změřit hloubku studny beze dna.

Navrhuji držet se té metafory trochu důsledněji - proč ne?
A hlavně vytvořit dobře znějící, výstižný text v cílovém jazyce.
