Explanation:
A Danish roll is a bread roll eaten at a Danish breakfast. In its traditional form it is round, crusty with poppy seeds on top. Then it is 'rundstykke'.
Shaped as a croissant we call it 'horn' and rolled,but oblong makes it 'giffel' ..and now there are lots of other varieties !
Wienerbrød is Danish pastry .. and they again come in different shapes and forms and .. could be 'sneg' or 'kanelsnegl'.
