Does anyone know what this type of certificate is called in Danish? It is also referred to as a certificate of participation (COP).

Asker: Thanks, Jeppe. I went with "udbyttebevis", because I found a EU text in which "profit-participation certificates (Genussscheine)" had been translated into "udbyttebeviser" (http://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN-DA/TXT/?uri=CELEX:62015CN0648&fromTab=ALL&from=EN). If you search for "participation certificate" in Wikipedia, you get a page with a similar definition as the one on Investopedia, and when you click for the German version of the article, you get "Genussrecht". When you search for "Genussschein" on German Wikipedia, you get a page on which it says that "Der Genussschein stellt die verbriefte Form eines Genussrechts dar". So I figured that was the best option, since it also matched previous translations in the TM.
