data Explanation: I am working on a few assumptions about what the contract is all about, but here goes. If the contract is an agreement between an authoritative and sworn person on matters of law and a company, and if the company is a service provider, and if that service is the transmission of data, then content is a broad term for any data transmitted, which is defined as a binary set that can be compiled and executed on a computer system, or represents information, either in a known format that presents the data in a recognizable form, such as a picture or text file, or unknown format or non-format, symbolic or factual. *INHALE!* Properties, given my assumptions, would include any collection of data, either accessible or otherwise over a computer network or terminal, including websites, databases, services and programs. Served on the properties means the transmission of data, either over networks, on a terminal or by physical media, to a party. Given the above, I would translate the term to 'data'. But that is just a wild guess. |
