English to Dutch translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Finance (general)
English term or phrase: drawing instrument
"the right to sign and execute singly on behalf of the Branch all necessary documents / papers to open, operate and close bank accounts, borrow money and also to sign singly drawing instruments, credit instruments, guarantees, securities and other relevant documents required for availing online operations and other banking facilities"

"Drawing" is according to 'Terminologie Financieel Management' : trekking, disponering, (uit)loting, . "Drawing account" : rekening ten laste waarvan wordt gedisponeerd, rekening-courant, betaalrekening. [disponeren: geld opnemen, innen van een vordering]

I tend to go with "disponeringsinstrument" for now, unless anyone has a better option. Will check with the client for examples.

Explanation:
Ik neig naar opnamemiddelen (aangezien de context duidelijk is), naar analogie van kredietmiddelen, bankmiddelen, maar er zijn niet veel referenties voor:

agree  Jack den Haan: I would go for this, too. Covers the meaning of the source term precisely and is better, IMHO and with due respect, than 'disponeringsinstrument'. Not that many references for 'drawing instrument' in a financial context either, by the way...
